NewsNation asked me to join ‘Morning in America’ today as their entertainment journalist and pop culture expert. I gave commentary during Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in London and discussed her impact on pop culture during her funeral procession, as well as what will happen with her corgis. (It ended up being voiceover as we watched the procession.)
I’m a huge dog lover myself, so I thought it would be fun to research her history with Corgis, and fun fact- she had a bit of a Corgi dynasty, owning 30+ corgis and dorgis (a dachshund x corgi crossover) throughout her life, many of them descendants of her first Corgi named Susan.
